QN: What does wellness mean to you ?
Wellness is simply the ability to live, work and function favourably in an environment. I consider this in terms of mental, physical and financial well being.
QN: Are you currently prioritizing your well being? Why? If Yes, how?
Yes, I am. Mentally I avoid situations that drain me and slow down my thinking capabilities. I surround myself with a strong support system, whereby they do come in times when I may make mistakes in certain important decision making.
QN: What can we do to make wellness a priority?
Everyone needs to be educated on women’s well being and proper mental health. A woman is a pillar of the society, so it should be utmost priority to ensure that her mental state of health is up to game. It’s only until then that a woman can deliver to her full capability.
