Losing my father at 12 left me searching for affirmation and purpose, a journey that led me to divine guidance and a mission to advocate for balanced gender empowerment and men's mental health.

Together, let's create a world where men can be strong and vulnerable. Let's make it okay for men to talk about mental health.

The truth is, silence kills. It isolates men struggling with depression, anxiety, or the weight of the world, pushing them further into the shadows.

We are now in a dispensation where men are encouraged to speak about their emotional challenges.

Mental health exists on a spectrum, influenced by our experiences and the various hardships we endure.

From the time of my Dad’s passing, my Mum had to shoulder both parents’ role of ensuring that all of us young ones  were clothed, fed ,nurtured and schooled...

I have been a perfectionist and I have not given my self grace to grow or learn.....
